Feel at home.
Inside, warm wood, bright rooms, stylish furnishings and plenty of space to settle in create the sense of comfort and homeliness our guests value so much. Outside, nature begins right at your doorstep. In winter, you can access the cross-country ski trail just a few steps from the chalet. In summer, hiking trails and cycling routes lead through the landscape around Seefeld and Leutasch.

The Entire Chalet Franz

Everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Travel together while still having space for yourself:
When you book the entire Chalet Franz, the whole house with both apartments is exclusively yours.
Apartment Xaver on the ground floor and Apartment Frieda on the upper floor offer a total of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two spacious living areas. This allows you to have breakfast, cook and relax together – while also being able to retreat to your own floor whenever you wish.
Under the roof of Apartment Frieda, there is also a cosy sleeping nook with two sleeping spaces for children up to ten years old. In total, the chalet accommodates up to eight adults and two children.
Terraces, a balcony and the large meadow surrounding the house provide plenty of outdoor space. After active days in the mountains, the private sauna becomes a soothing retreat.
Ideal for families travelling together, several generations or a getaway with the people closest to you: plenty of togetherness, enough privacy and an entire chalet surrounded by nature.
Warm and welcoming.
Plenty of wood, natural materials and carefully selected furnishings create a warm and peaceful atmosphere in both apartments. High-quality bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided for you.
Cook, enjoy, spend time together
Both kitchens are fully equipped and offer everything you need for a relaxed breakfast, a shared dinner or a longer stay. Nespresso coffee machines, a selection of spices and many practical little extras are ready for you to use.
Cosy dining areas and spacious living rooms invite you to come together after a day in the mountains, cook, play games or simply unwind and enjoy a relaxing evening.
Private wellness moments.
A special highlight is the private sauna, which is exclusively available to guests of Chalet Franz. After a hike, a day of skiing or a cross-country skiing tour, this is the perfect place to unwind and recharge your batteries.
Bathrobes and selected personal care products are provided for you.
Longer stays.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the separate laundry and ski room. There is also plenty of space for skis, bicycles and other sports equipment.
Covered parking spaces are available directly at the chalet. Additional parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Favourite spots outdoors.
The balcony, terraces and spacious meadow surrounding the chalet offer plenty of room to enjoy nature. Various seating areas, barbecues and a hammock invite you to spend peaceful hours outdoors – enjoying your first coffee in the morning, sharing a meal or simply taking in the views of the forests and meadows.
